In 2008 he joined DJ Alexander and has worked across all areas of the business during this time, gaining invaluable experience in how the business operates from top to bottom. In 2015 Kevin became Head of Property Management and was then promoted to Director of Property Management in 2021, before taking on the Managing Director role in January 2025. Kevin has seen a huge change in the sector and business over his tenure and has helped navigate the D.J. Alexander client base and team through many legislative changes over this time. Delivering excellent customer service to all landlords, vendors, tenants and buyers remains at the heart of everything we do at D.J. Alexander and continues to motivate and drive Kevin and his team on a daily basis.
Ben Alexander
Director of New Business, EdinburghBen has worked at DJ Alexander for 15 years, and during that time has benefited from working in various departments within the business. This has allowed him to develop a strong foundation of knowledge of the full rental cycle.
Ben greatly enjoys meeting with new landlords who are considering entering the buy-to-let market or through circumstance have property they are considering renting. He takes pride in providing a high quality of service and standards to landlords and tenants alike.
